Order some flowers for my daughter birthday. They were supposed to be delivered next day. No it did not happen. Have to call same day I did my order because for some reason my order was on hold. Called and confirmed my order. Next day ((the day they were supposed to be delivered)) I got a message they could not find any flowers to make my arrangement at 6 o'clock. Offer to send some roses the next day for the same price. No thank you. I had to talk to the manager to get them to cancel the damm order.
Like I told them. First and Last time I order from them.
In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.
