I ordered a large bouquet for daughter who just had a baby . I received the smallest bouquet they had . When I tried to get my money back flowers.com gave me a very hard time. Flowers.com said the substitute policy covered the problem. Problem was not the beauty of the flowers but that I paid for a large . Paid 120.00 and did not receive what I paid for.

In summary, I would not recommend Flower.com to a friend.
