TOTAL SCAM!

I wouldn't even give them ONE star. They are a total SCAM!!! I ordered a flower bouquet for my sister on the 8th to be delivered on the 10th. That order wasn't delivered and I had to call my sister to see (Blooms Today never called me) and she said nothing was delivered. So I had to call them to see what was going on. They said that they wouldn't be able to deliver until the 15th (her birthday was on the 9th, so a little frustrating) but I still kept the order. Then on the 15th I called her to see if she got it, and she never did. So I had to call the company back and ask what was going on. They said the order was cancelled because the florist didn't have the flowers I wanted. So I reordered (third order) a different bouquet of flowers, to be delivered asap (the soonest was the 20th, now almost 2 weeks after her birthday). So they finally called me yesterday (the 20th), but I was unable to answer, so i called them that night and they were closed. So i called them back today (21st) and they said that... This was my first experience with ordering online flowers along with a new relationship. There was a large variety of choices that I was given to choose from and the promotions were satisfactory. I loved the prices, which was one of the reasons I chose to deal with this company but the service was awful. I'm 1600 miles away from home and ordered flowers to be delivered as a same day delivery, well unfortunately, the delivery was never made. Called in to check the status which stated the delivery was made at 1pm. I called the local florist and there were not even an order placed. What really pist me off was that I was told "we can resend your delivery but your card will be recharged and the refund will appear within 5 to 7 days", WHAT THE HELL. I canceled the order by now very frustrated. Yes, I gave them a second chance and placed an order for Valentine's Day. Didn't get a confirmation email until 8pm Valentine's night that my delivery was canceled because of high volume. By now I'm in a rage because this is 2 days... (Read the full review)

Do not EVER think about using this website!!! They have messed up a lot of Valentine's Day orders across the nation (I was told on the phone by one of their representatives), and they're Customer Service line is not anywhere near up-to-par. I am pretty mild mannered, but this experience has left everything to be desired...I ordered a flower arrangement and a half pound box of chocolates to be delivered to my fiancee's office for Valentine's Day. I felt comfortable ordering from them because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee, their partnerships with other trusted florists, and their delivery by 5 PM guarantee as well. I placed the order on January 24, thinking that was plenty of time to make sure they had everything together. When Valentine's Day arrived I anxiously awaited a phone call from my fiancee saying how much she appreciated the gift, and how it brightened her day (which was my only goal because she has a very fast paced, stressful job which would have been made easier by this gift), but the call never came. Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY!!!

I have been failed before by a business promising a service of one kind or the other but I can honestly say I have never ever written a bad review until now. Such is my total disgust at this SHAM of a business.

Despite the fact that I was a little annoyed with the Rewards Program requirement popping up immediately I was ready to check out my order, I went with it figuring what the heck, I can take advantage of the discounts down the road. But this garbage business confirmed my Valentines Day delivery a full 48 hours before the day so am sitting comfortable certain my flowers will get delivered to my girlfriend at her work place.

Not only were the floweres never delivered, there was no email or phone call confirmation of status of my delivery and when I called customer service, an auto recording said all deliveries "were in progress" was running all day and night so you couldn't even get a hold of anybody to ask.

Next morning, I call - put on hold for 30 minutes first thing in the morning (am assuming because there were many complaints coming in) and their best solution was... (Read the full review)

Bloomstoday.com RUINED VALENTINE'S -Thanks for NOTHING!!

My husband tried to be nice and have flowers sent to me at work for Valentine's Day. The order was placed and accepted with confirmation email at 8:25 am. At 1:54 he gets an email that states that the order is cancelled. and oh by the way we have charged your card $73.49!!!! The email further states that the charge will be returned to the card in 5-7 business days!!!! When he called to tell me, I tried to call the 800 number and they are not taking any calls.

THANKS YOU HAVE RUINED MY VALENTINE"S DAY!!! At least my husband tried. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE MONEY IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER AND THEN HOLD THE MONEY FOR 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A CON - DO NOT USE

I ordered flowers from these folks - the flowers were very overpriced to begin with (in light of what arrived) - but as they were for a funeral I wanted them to be extra special. They appeared to offer me a discount for my purchase which apparently, without my knowledge then signed me up for a $9.99 monthly subscription to their service without my approval. As I am reading in other reviews for this company I see this has happened to many others. This is a CON - It is then impossible to contact them except by phone, so you have to wait for their open hours to query anything, - then they give you a hard sell on the subscription you did not want, from a very rude customer service.
Eventually they credited my card back the subscription fee - but then charged back the discount they had offered in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of great, HONEST alternatives.

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.

If you really want flowers delivered for a special event do not use Blooms Today.com, even if you get a conformation e-mail your flowers may never be delivered and you will never get any information telling you this. When you call they just say sorry, well sometimes sorry doesn't cut it.Save yourself alot of trouble and use someone else!!!!!!!!!

Terrible! Ordered arrangment to be sent 11/26. Did not arrive until 11/30. The arrangment pictured was not even close. Would not refer any business to this rip off, and the unnec stress and angravation that went with it. Do a favor to yourself and call a local florist. Never again!

I was failed miserably today by this company. I placed an order online 4 days ago for a funeral today. It was to be for my 88 yr. old grandmother in another state since I could not be there. The delivery was to be there by 2pm, with service at 4pm. At 4:38 I received a message that they couldn't deliver (no explanation) and that they would refund my money. I have never been so furious with a company! This was the recommended online business through her obituarary online so I thought I was in good hands.

Please do not use this company!

Long story made (somewhat) short: I ordered flowers online from Blooms Today, I had to sign up for a yearly fee in order to get a discount: I did this thinking that because I send flowers a few times a year it would be worth it. I got an email saying that the flowers I ordered were not available and would I like to continue with the order with different flowers? I called them to just talk about the options and they were so rude to me and acted like I had no right to wonder what the possible flowers would be. Now when I am spending $60 to send people I love flowers, I think I have a right as the customer to be given some idea of what flowers would be sent. I told them I wanted to cancel my order after the woman was so rude to me. I really couldn't believe how I was being treated especially because when I called I was not upset and did not ever think the conversation would get ugly.
