The story is almost too crazy to believe. I ordered flowers days in advance to be delivered to my wife for her birthday. By the end of the day they had not yet arrived. I called customer service and they assured me they were en route. They still never arrived; I called customer service again but they were closed. The next day I called again and complained that the flowers never arrived. They refused to do anything more than deliver the flowers a day late AND they added a same day delivery fee to do this. RIDICULOUS!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.

I paid extra to have roses delivered before noon to my girlfriend on Valentines day. I got a confirmation e-mail early this morning saying that they were on their way. Well, It is now 2 and she will be leaving work soon, and still no flowers. I tried to track it with the tracking number but there is no where on the site to track it. I am very upset. I paid over 100 dollars and excepted the flowers to at least actually be delivered. And worse, I have tried to call over and over and they are closed today because they are no longer accepting any orders. OK, that doesn't mean that customer service goes away. I am extremely frustrated and not being able to talk to anyone to see what options are available is making it worse. I will demand my money back once I actually get to talk to someone. This place SUCKS

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.

The flowers I paid for were not the ones received. So disappointing. The picture showed nothing but bright, lively flowers with colorful ribbons. My best friends' birthday flowers were sloppy, with a lot of green fern that weren't in the picture, different flowers, and instead of the colorful curled ribbons, there was just a giant, different colored bow stuck right in the middle of the bouquet. When I called about it, the employee wasn't apologetic, in fact, it seemed like she was used to having the same conversation.

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.

Taking orders from customers and not fullfilling them is unacceptable. Blooms today operates an online platform which accepts orders, marks them as accepted transactions and then issues order confirmations to your e-mail. However they do not deliver the services that they promise! If I had known that they cannot render the services that they promised I would have used another floral services provider. Due to their complete failings as a business I do not have the flowers that they had committed to. This is the worst excuse for a business that I have encountered in years. On second thought, this is not a business, it's a sham!!

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.

This company needs to fix their customer service or the lack there of!!! Received brown & wilted pink roses from this company and the sender even paid extra for overnight delivery! Company won't replace the roses, I have pictures to prove what they look like when delivered and notified them immediately! They don't want to see the pictures and now I either tell a 80+ woman that she again made a bad choice with a company and make her upset or live with them because the company won't send new ones without letting her know and crediting and recharging her credit card! Why can't they just replace them, I don't understand.

Bright beautiful arrangement in a pretty porcelain vase delivered next day before 3p! Ronnie in customer service was friendly and helpful when I called back with special delivery instructions and was able to connect me with the florist, who did a beautiful job arranging and delivering these flowers on a cold snowy Feb day!

In summary, I would recommend Blooms Today to a friend.

AVOID BLOOMSTODAY!!! I ordered a corsage online from BloomsToday on May 5, 2012 to be delivered Saturday, May 12, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas. On Friday, May 11, 2012, I called customer service to confirm the order and verify that it would be delivered as requested. I was assured the flowers would be delivered as ordered. Since it was Mother's Day weekend, I explained that the flowers were for a high school prom, and specifically asked if the local florist had the order and had confirmed delivery. I was advised that it had. At 4:00 pm on Saturday, May 12, I learned the corsage had not arrived. I immediately called the customer "service" line and was greeted by a recording advising me it was a busy weekend and customer service would not be available until Monday. At 4:51 p.m. I received a call from a representative of BloomsToday who stated that the order would have to be cancelled because "they could not find a florist to deliver!!!" Stay away from Blooms Today - be warned....!!!!!

BE WARNED!!! One star only because they did not hang up on me when I called to complain, and were apologetic. They were supposed to deliver a birthday order today, 5/2/12 to a location in North Carolina (I live in Miami), and sent me an email at 4:01 pm saying that they could not complete my order so were cancelling and issuing me a refund.

I called them immediately to let them know how upset and frustrated I was because at 4:01 pm, it would be impossible for me to find another florist to accomodate me. I told them that I would NEVER order from them again, and that I would be giving negative feedback on as many sites as possible.

Never once did they try to offer an alternate suggestion, or even offer a compensatory delivery tomorrow.............just cancelling, period.

They rope you in on a "Rewards Program" for $9.99 per month in order to receive the 50% discount that they flaunted on their website. I made sure to call American Express to dispute ANY charges coming from Blooms Today, and also requested a "Merchant Block" just in case they slip a monthly charge on to my card.

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.

Anniversary Order Never Received - Terrible Support

I rarely send any feedback, but my experience with Blooms Today was such a disappointing experience, I felt it was warranted. My order, which was set to be delivered for our second anniversary, was never delivered. After work, I had to go purchase flowers to calm down a very upset girlfriend who was up in arms because I had "not sent anything". I spoke with their "customer service" on Friday, and they told me they would "look into the issue and call me back." I was never called back Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Today. I tried calling customer service over the weekend to see what had happened, but their customer service lines are open for just a very small window. Even on the weekdays, I would expect a company like this to have much more focus on quality customer service.

Finally, I got through to customer service today (5 days after not hearing anything from Bloom Today) and talked with customer service again to explain the situation. The representative would not put me through to a manager at my request, which upset me even more as I wanted my experience to be shared with management. The employee apologized and...
