Blooms Today, Such a disappointment

This was my first experience with ordering online flowers along with a new relationship. There was a large variety of choices that I was given to choose from and the promotions were satisfactory. I loved the prices, which was one of the reasons I chose to deal with this company but the service was awful. I'm 1600 miles away from home and ordered flowers to be delivered as a same day delivery, well unfortunately, the delivery was never made. Called in to check the status which stated the delivery was made at 1pm. I called the local florist and there were not even an order placed. What really pist me off was that I was told "we can resend your delivery but your card will be recharged and the refund will appear within 5 to 7 days", WHAT THE HELL. I canceled the order by now very frustrated. Yes, I gave them a second chance and placed an order for Valentine's Day. Didn't get a confirmation email until 8pm Valentine's night that my delivery was canceled because of high volume. By now I'm in a rage because this is 2 days in a row that my delivery wasn't made. All they could offer me was, "I'm so sorry this happened and your refund will take 5 to 7 days to post". This is total bull, it didin't take you 5 to 7 days to take the money out of my account. The least they could of done was resend my order, showing how much of deepest apologies they really were about the situation. I went with another company and the same thing happened but their apologies were to upgrade my order and resend at no extra charge. Take notes, this is how a customer is supposed to be left after a disappointment (SATISFIED). I will never recommend this company to anyone for future use. Thank You for your very unsatisfactory service.

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.
