My husband tried to be nice and have flowers sent to me at work for Valentine's Day. The order was placed and accepted with confirmation email at 8:25 am. At 1:54 he gets an email that states that the order is cancelled. and oh by the way we have charged your card $73.49!!!! The email further states that the charge will be returned to the card in 5-7 business days!!!! When he called to tell me, I tried to call the 800 number and they are not taking any calls.
THANKS YOU HAVE RUINED MY VALENTINE"S DAY!!! At least my husband tried. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE MONEY IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER AND THEN HOLD THE MONEY FOR 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.
