Put a Very Big Wrinkle in Valentine's Day

Do not EVER think about using this website!!! They have messed up a lot of Valentine's Day orders across the nation (I was told on the phone by one of their representatives), and they're Customer Service line is not anywhere near up-to-par. I am pretty mild mannered, but this experience has left everything to be desired...I ordered a flower arrangement and a half pound box of chocolates to be delivered to my fiancee's office for Valentine's Day. I felt comfortable ordering from them because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee, their partnerships with other trusted florists, and their delivery by 5 PM guarantee as well. I placed the order on January 24, thinking that was plenty of time to make sure they had everything together. When Valentine's Day arrived I anxiously awaited a phone call from my fiancee saying how much she appreciated the gift, and how it brightened her day (which was my only goal because she has a very fast paced, stressful job which would have been made easier by this gift), but the call never came. It has now been almost another full day and she has yet to receive anything. When I called Blooms Today yesterday to see if they could track where the order was, their phone lines were shut down, and I was greeted with an automated message without any option of speaking to anyone until today. I tried to email them my concern, but their website doesn't even make that an option...I called today to try and figure out what the problem was and was on hold for 12 minutes before someone finally answered. I was refunded the original amount, and then charged for the flower set again, with a 25% discount, but when the total was read, it ended up being the same price I paid the first time! This company clearly doesn't have it together if they can't even keep things straight and customers happy on the one day of the year they should be over prepared for (as so many flowers are ordered for Valentine's Day). I wish I could give this rating negative stars as I do not have a lot of money, and this was supposed to make my fiancee's day, and week, but instead, I had nothing for her on the actual Valentine's Day...If you don't want to disappoint your loved ones on special occasions, try and steer clear of Blooms Today altogether!

In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.
