My mother lives alone in Florida, and had been a bit depressed as the holidays were approaching. I visited FlowersFast on the advice of a friend who uses them regularly, and raves about their service. I found that they had a very nice selection of Christmas flowers and plants. I loved the little "Joys of Christmas Holiday Tree" but that item was sold out. FlowersFast suggested an alternate item for the same price, that turned out even better. My mother was thrilled with the Rosemary Tree, which came with lights and recipe cards. She loves to cook, so this was an ideal gift to brighten her spirits during the holidays. The item was delivered on time, via overnight delivery, and overall I'm very happy with the service that FlowersFast provided. They even sent a coupon for my next order. I'll return when I need to send something special for for birthdays and holidays.

I ordered the Get Well Bear (from the Build-A-Bear Workshop) because it looked so adorable. I was hoping it would lift the spirits of my niece, who was recovering from a broken ankle. The little bear comes with a crutch and cast on its foot, so it was just perfect! My niece loves it, and it's something she'll have as a keepsake for many years, unlike flowers which have a limited time to enjoy. I was impressed by the select of gifts that Flowers Fast offers, and will most likely return when I need flowers or a gift delivered.

I ordered flowers from FlowersFast last week, and just had to tell my story. My sister was in the hospital recovering from an illness, so I wanted to cheer her up. At first, I was disappointed when I saw the flowers that arrived in my sister's hospital room. I had requested a bouquet with lilies, because my sister loves the smell and beauty of the lily.

The arrangement that the florist delivered was beautiful, but it only had one lily. When I contacted Flowers Fast and explained what happened, I expected they would tell me there was nothing they could do. But to my surprise, they said it would be no problem to have another arrangement delivered to me sister - at no charge. They contacted the local florist, told them I was unsatisfied, and got them to deliver a stunning bouquet of white lilies and lavender roses. My sister was thrilled, and so was I. They even sent me a coupon to use on future orders. I am now telling all my Facebook friends about FlowersFast.com (hope it's okay to share that coupon code!) and I will be returning there when the need arises.

I went to FlowersFast.com on the recommendation of a friend who had used them. They had a nice variety of bouquets for Mother's Day, and their prices were several dollars less than other sites I looked at. A 10% coupon sealed the deal for me. My flowers were delivered the same afternoon, which really surprised me -- in a good way! The website was easy to use, and the checkout process was a lot more streamlined than most other sites that make you jump from page to page to page.

After ordering, I realized I made a mistake in the delivery address. I contacted their Customer Service by email and got a reply within minutes that my order was updated with the corrected address. I am a satisfied customer who sends flowers often, so I will definitely return here when I need to send flowers for birthdays and other occasions.

I would like to thank whoever runs this International flower delivery service. I am Russian and have used the service both to send flowers and to receive them. All delivers have always happened on time and bouquets of flowers were beautiful. Once again thank you very much!

I have sent a lot of flowers over the years for both business and personal reasons. I've used probably more than a dozen different services which were okay but not always consistent. Since I found flowers fast a few years ago I haven't used anyone else. what is even more impressive is that I frequently send flowers to places like Moscow Russia which I know are difficult orders to handle.Whenever I've had specific requests or needed something special or in a hurry they've always done everything to help. I'm trying to think of something I would improve on their service, but actually nothing comes to mind. I've use them on dozens of occasions. I'm happy with the service and the recipients are pleased with the flowers.

I have used Flowers Fast for years for both business and personal. I received compliments on the beauty and freshness of the flowers I send all the time so I am very confident on the quality. Pricing is good too. As far as customer service, I have always received an immediate call back when I have questions or need to make a change to the order AFTER I have submitted it. I honestly have no complaints. Fantastic service for several years now.

After a fight with my boyfriend I wanted to send him flowers but it was 1 AM. Who would deliver same day for no extra cost to me? Another prominent flower website wanted 10 dollars for NEXT DAY (Meaning Wednesday, when I needed flowers to arrive on Tuesday). I got the special color flowers I wanted in the arrangement, and an appropriate balloon. Thank you so much -- you'll be the first (and only) people I go to next time I have to send flowers.

I recently ordered the "Perfect Romance Bouquet" from FlowersFast, to be sent to my wife's office. It arrived within hours! The flowers were beautiful, and all her co-workers admired them too. As a guy, I find it intimidating to walk into a flower shop. But ordering online is so easy and convenient. Overall, my experience with FlowersFast was excellent, and I'll be using them again when the need arises.
