I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mother’s 79th birthday to be delivered 7/14/23. I spoke to her the evening of 7/14 and she hadn’t received any flowers. I reached out to Flowers Fast and received a text on 7/15 notifying me they were unable to find a florist for the order and sent me an email. I never received an email and even if I did, it wasn’t sent until her birthday, the date of delivery. They are unreliable and I’m pissed my mom got nothing from us. I live in TX and she lives in WA, hence the need for delivery. I’ve used them in the past but never again. Poor communication and completely unreliable!

In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Fast to a friend.

I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday on April 18, 2015. The service was supposed to be a same day delivery. Today is April 22, 2015 and she has still not received her flowers. I contacted the place yesterday to inquire about why the product was not delivered. I was informed that my order flagged their possible fraud department therefore the order was not processed. However, the order was processed completely on my end of the transaction. The funds were removed from my bank account (which I verified before even contacting them), I received no emails or phone calls indicating that further information was needed to verify my account. I heard nothing from them at all. So, on April 20, 2015 I tried to contact them. I could not reach them by phone all complaints must be emailed to them so I emailed them. In their response to me they indicate that this was done to protect me from someone stealing my information and charging my bank. ???? That makes no sense! First, I ordered something that said "guaranteed same day delivery if order placed by noon local time". I rushed through my order and got an acknowledgment email of my order at 5 minutes before the hour. The flowers were not delivered that day, nor the day after. It was two days later that they were delivered.
Second, I ordered red orchids. I got an email asking if they could substitute white lilies. I hate lilies. They smell extremely strong and I would say they make most people gag. Why would they send an email for something time sensitive? I didn't see the email for 20 hours. Why they didn't call me, I have no idea. The phone is wonderful! You can speak with someone and they give you an instant answer. No waiting, no wondering if they got the email, no having to make a decision. I digress. I responded that I hate lilies and I wanted color and they should send something fresh and long-lasting that did NOT include lilies of any kind. Of course, white lilies had been delivered. FlowersFast.com has NO customer service. An order was placed on 2/17/13 and was to be delivered by 2/20/13. The evening of the 20th I called the 800 number and got a recording that said they were not taking calls and to send an email which I did, including the order number, and asking for an ETA. NO RESPONSE. I spoke with the (non)recipient today, 3/4/13 and the order has STILL not been delivered. I sent an email requesting a full refund. If it is not received, a call to Visa ought to straighten it out.

I had to choose a star rating for each category, but I would have rather chosen none. Their site looks like it has variety, and it is easy to navigate, but those are the only positive things I can say about FlowersFast.com. The site pictures look good, but since the order was never delivered, how can I know? The same goes for quality and value. Efficiency would be zero, and the same for customer support.

In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Fast to a friend.

They never even delivered the flowers, not even after 3 days. still trying to get a refund. their phone is to a unmanned phone that constantly rings and never gets answered. ive called for 2 hours on redial..... and their email doesnt respond either. great.... well its a good thing i used paypal you scammers.

In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Fast to a friend.
