I ordered flowers from FlowersFast last week, and just had to tell my story. My sister was in the hospital recovering from an illness, so I wanted to cheer her up. At first, I was disappointed when I saw the flowers that arrived in my sister's hospital room. I had requested a bouquet with lilies, because my sister loves the smell and beauty of the lily.
The arrangement that the florist delivered was beautiful, but it only had one lily. When I contacted Flowers Fast and explained what happened, I expected they would tell me there was nothing they could do. But to my surprise, they said it would be no problem to have another arrangement delivered to me sister - at no charge. They contacted the local florist, told them I was unsatisfied, and got them to deliver a stunning bouquet of white lilies and lavender roses. My sister was thrilled, and so was I. They even sent me a coupon to use on future orders. I am now telling all my Facebook friends about FlowersFast.com (hope it's okay to share that coupon code!) and I will be returning there when the need arises.
In summary, I would recommend Flowers Fast to a friend.
