I have sent a lot of flowers over the years for both business and personal reasons. I've used probably more than a dozen different services which were okay but not always consistent. Since I found flowers fast a few years ago I haven't used anyone else. what is even more impressive is that I frequently send flowers to places like Moscow Russia which I know are difficult orders to handle.Whenever I've had specific requests or needed something special or in a hurry they've always done everything to help. I'm trying to think of something I would improve on their service, but actually nothing comes to mind. I've use them on dozens of occasions. I'm happy with the service and the recipients are pleased with the flowers.

In summary, I would recommend Flowers Fast to a friend.

I have used Flowers Fast for years for both business and personal. I received compliments on the beauty and freshness of the flowers I send all the time so I am very confident on the quality. Pricing is good too. As far as customer service, I have always received an immediate call back when I have questions or need to make a change to the order AFTER I have submitted it. I honestly have no complaints. Fantastic service for several years now.

After a fight with my boyfriend I wanted to send him flowers but it was 1 AM. Who would deliver same day for no extra cost to me? Another prominent flower website wanted 10 dollars for NEXT DAY (Meaning Wednesday, when I needed flowers to arrive on Tuesday). I got the special color flowers I wanted in the arrangement, and an appropriate balloon. Thank you so much -- you'll be the first (and only) people I go to next time I have to send flowers.

I recently ordered the "Perfect Romance Bouquet" from FlowersFast, to be sent to my wife's office. It arrived within hours! The flowers were beautiful, and all her co-workers admired them too. As a guy, I find it intimidating to walk into a flower shop. But ordering online is so easy and convenient. Overall, my experience with FlowersFast was excellent, and I'll be using them again when the need arises.

FlowersFast.com has NO customer service. An order was placed on 2/17/13 and was to be delivered by 2/20/13. The evening of the 20th I called the 800 number and got a recording that said they were not taking calls and to send an email which I did, including the order number, and asking for an ETA. NO RESPONSE. I spoke with the (non)recipient today, 3/4/13 and the order has STILL not been delivered. I sent an email requesting a full refund. If it is not received, a call to Visa ought to straighten it out.

I had to choose a star rating for each category, but I would have rather chosen none. Their site looks like it has variety, and it is easy to navigate, but those are the only positive things I can say about FlowersFast.com. The site pictures look good, but since the order was never delivered, how can I know? The same goes for quality and value. Efficiency would be zero, and the same for customer support.

In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Fast to a friend.

They never even delivered the flowers, not even after 3 days. still trying to get a refund. their phone is to a unmanned phone that constantly rings and never gets answered. ive called for 2 hours on redial..... and their email doesnt respond either. great.... well its a good thing i used paypal you scammers.
