Incompetent business

They do one thing: Deliver flowers. Can they do it? NO.
This is a sham of a business. They called a half hour before the end of the day and the end of their delivery window to tell me that they could not do it but that they found another vendor that would do it for $30 more. They left a message on my phone. When I called back 15mins later, they told me that only a manager could resolve this...and that one would call me. Never happened. Totally inept operation.
Bottom line: Even if it was FREE, I would not order from these clowns.
And bottom line 2: Most if not all of the so -called flower delivery outfits are pretty much the same. Best practice is to call the local florist and get it done.

Ordered flowers on Friday before Mothers Day and was guaranteed a Saturday delivery. It's now 5:30PM on Mothers Day and we are very disappointed because no flowers arrived!
In summary, I would not recommend FlowerDelivery.com to a friend.

THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! Go to a better known company that can offer you updates and tracking information, as they will not give you anything, if you ask for info on the florist they hired, they will refuse. If cannot get in touch with customer service call 800.880.5921, because the other phone numbers they provide on the website and confirmation will just keep you on hold forever and make you leave a voicemail,which no one will call you back! my mom deserved her mothers day flowers this year.....SAD, VERY SAD! =-(

I had to give one star on several items because I have not seen the flowers yet!!! February 15th at 4:00 - still waiting on Valentines Flowers to be delivered! Stay Far away from these people.

Flowers not delivered during time promised. Can not reach customer service; I'm put on hold and after five minutes they disconnect the call. Can not even get in touch with this company to rectify the issue. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company.

If you read this run away from this company. It was by far the worst online experience I have every had with customer service. Trying to talk to a supervisor or manager is pointless. This company should be banned from the internet and the business of what they do. As much as I can try I do not believe that I would be able to put into words how bad using them was.They don't even tell you the extra charges until they tap your credit card. From a simple price they bumped the heck out of it where maybe I should have just delievered them myself.
Beware

Placed an order with this company on valentines day this year, out of 100 different online flower shops i was unlucky enough to stumble upon this company. Throughout the whole order they gaurentee delivery date as valentines day. They also state they deliver in 4 hours. Prices on valentines day are jacked up $40 bucks on the arrangement I purchased. Flowers were not received for 2 days. If I were to purchase the order on the day they were delivered instead of making it by valentines day i would have saved around $50 bucks. After wasting 2 hours on the phone with customer support, being hung up on after waiting for a manager for 20 minutes. Even tho every associate I spoke to claimed to be a manager. Piss poor customer service, and an epic failed delivery guarantee. They refused to credit any more than $15 for their screw up. Will not be doing business with this company again, nor would I recommend anyone else doing so.
In summary, I would not recommend FlowerDelivery.com to a friend.

I have never been so mistreated by a company in my life.
I purchased flowers on the 13th of February and paid extra for them to be delivered by the 14th. Not only did the flowers not arrive until the 15th, but they were completely dead with no hope of reviving them. I called customer service and asked them for my money back since I most certainly didn't get what I had paid for and was offered a $15 refund instead. I have never dealt with a company that cared so little about their reputation and their customers. I will never purchase flowers from this site again and I implore you, buy flowers elsewhere!
