If you read this run away from this company. It was by far the worst online experience I have every had with customer service. Trying to talk to a supervisor or manager is pointless. This company should be banned from the internet and the business of what they do. As much as I can try I do not believe that I would be able to put into words how bad using them was.They don't even tell you the extra charges until they tap your credit card. From a simple price they bumped the heck out of it where maybe I should have just delievered them myself.

In summary, I would not recommend FlowerDelivery.com to a friend.
