Placed an order with this company on valentines day this year, out of 100 different online flower shops i was unlucky enough to stumble upon this company. Throughout the whole order they gaurentee delivery date as valentines day. They also state they deliver in 4 hours. Prices on valentines day are jacked up $40 bucks on the arrangement I purchased. Flowers were not received for 2 days. If I were to purchase the order on the day they were delivered instead of making it by valentines day i would have saved around $50 bucks. After wasting 2 hours on the phone with customer support, being hung up on after waiting for a manager for 20 minutes. Even tho every associate I spoke to claimed to be a manager. Piss poor customer service, and an epic failed delivery guarantee. They refused to credit any more than $15 for their screw up. Will not be doing business with this company again, nor would I recommend anyone else doing so.
In summary, I would not recommend FlowerDelivery.com to a friend.
