I have never been so mistreated by a company in my life.
I purchased flowers on the 13th of February and paid extra for them to be delivered by the 14th. Not only did the flowers not arrive until the 15th, but they were completely dead with no hope of reviving them. I called customer service and asked them for my money back since I most certainly didn't get what I had paid for and was offered a $15 refund instead. I have never dealt with a company that cared so little about their reputation and their customers. I will never purchase flowers from this site again and I implore you, buy flowers elsewhere!
