I paid extra to have roses delivered before noon to my girlfriend on Valentines day. I got a confirmation e-mail early this morning saying that they were on their way. Well, It is now 2 and she will be leaving work soon, and still no flowers. I tried to track it with the tracking number but there is no where on the site to track it. I am very upset. I paid over 100 dollars and excepted the flowers to at least actually be delivered. And worse, I have tried to call over and over and they are closed today because they are no longer accepting any orders. OK, that doesn't mean that customer service goes away. I am extremely frustrated and not being able to talk to anyone to see what options are available is making it worse. I will demand my money back once I actually get to talk to someone. This place SUCKS
In summary, I would not recommend Blooms Today to a friend.
