This service is horrible.
They called the recipient (a professional contact of ours) to verify her address at 4am.
When I called/live chatted with them about this matter they closed the chat and didn't answer the phone, and actually defended their actions saying that if they hadn't called her to check the address it would have created a delay and then they would've had to charge us double.
Horrible horrible horrible.
Never use them.

In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.

I ordered the flower bouquet from the company which had lilies, hydrangeas, kalas and roses. Not to mention that they delivered the flowers late in the evening instead of daytime, the bouquet that the birthday person got had only 5! Buds of lilies! Tried to contact the customer service for a couple of days because according to their site "you can exchange the flowers if you are not satisfied" they had the gut to tell that the flowers they delirvered are the flowers I paid for! Stay away from that company and save your time and money! The worst customer service I have to deal with!

In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.

Wouldn't even rate them 1 star...flowers never turned up on the day specified. Went on live chat 3 times.. response was always "give us 24 hrs to find out "which they never did. Rang them which is a call centre in India.. promised they would send them that day with chocolates and surprise surprise never showed up. Rang them again,blasted the hell out of them to which they had no response and demanded my money back. Luckily I paid with Paypal so if the money isn't there in 3-4 days as their email states, I will be putting in a dispute with paypal. If you stupidly decide to use them, pay with Paypal as you can get your money back through the dispute centre of paypal. Shit company with shit service.

In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.

I used this company once before with no trouble. This time however was told it would be delivered on Friday. They sent an email apologizing for not being able to deliver on Friday as promised but promised it would be delivered the following day, which also didn't happen and nobody bothered to even tell me. Still hasn't been delivered 4 days later and no one can tell me when it will be delivered. Cancelled the order. Will never use again & would never recommend.

In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.

I asked for the delievry of my flowers and they never were!
The assistance told me it was delivered while it was nowhere to be found.
I got back to the live assistance and when I asked for a refund they put me on hold for 30 minutes before exiting the chat without any comments.

Worst company EVER! Scammers who took my money and delivered NO SERVICE whatsoever

In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.

Do not use this site. no service. prescripted responses which dont answer the questions being asked.
First time I have ever complained online but had to do it for these clowns. I should of searched for reviews first but was in a rush. Repeat DO NOT USE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, let me elaborate.
Talked with the online support which let me waiting for 45 minutes after accepting my chat and after answering few questions.

I live in a country which does not speak English, and the website does not support other characters than English, so asked the support, Andrew Curtis (obviously a fake name) told me that I should write the address in local language at the special requirements box. I did so.

later on I received an email containing the characters "??????????????????????" instead of the important, fundamental instructions given. Worried the flowers would not arrive (as people do not speak English here, and certainly not their "partners"), I went back to the chat again and realized it would take a LOT LONGER to have someone talking to me. As they got the customer's money already, the service was slower and the same Andrew Curtis told me (50 min. later) he didn't say what the said. Told me as a lair!!
Also the emails you receive with the chat transcription will be EDITED for their own convenience.
Right at this moment I am trying to talk with their terrible customer service again. When I logged in, it was displayed I should wait 3... (Read the full review)

I'm studying abroad and my boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day. He got an email saying they were delivered on Feb. 11th, but it is Feb. 20th and I still haven't received them after multiple emails to the company and live "chats" with representatives. After several discussions daily, they kept telling me that they are still waiting for hear from their local partner, and the dialect they used on the chat seemed very computer generated and too formal. We are now trying to ask for our money back.

In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.

Absolutely terrible! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Everyone, DO NOT order from this lousy company.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday that was supposed to arrive during the day on her birthday. She heard nothing until 9pm that night, all along assuring me it is on its way.

If you want to p#ss off someone dear to you, go ahead and trust their service.
