I'm studying abroad and my boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day. He got an email saying they were delivered on Feb. 11th, but it is Feb. 20th and I still haven't received them after multiple emails to the company and live "chats" with representatives. After several discussions daily, they kept telling me that they are still waiting for hear from their local partner, and the dialect they used on the chat seemed very computer generated and too formal. We are now trying to ask for our money back.
In summary, I would not recommend Pickup Flowers to a friend.
