I ordered flowers for my girlfriend in the Philippines. The flowers never got delivered but I was charged for them. They lied and gave me 3 different excuses why they weren't delivered. They would not respond to my e mails and quit taking my calls on the live chat. I am disputing the charge and am reporting them to the BBB. If you really want flowers sent, use a different company! Check other sites for reviews and you will see how common flora2000 does this to other customers. I hope at least one person listens to me!!

In summary, I would not recommend Flora 2000 to a friend.

Hey people,,, i know how difficult it is to try out a new website especially an ecom.. well to tell u about flora2000 i must say... go ahead... and enjoy the gifting experience.. their product mix is really good.. i sent flowers to US to my friend and she loved it.. the bags and earrings are good too.. i would like to send them soon.. I wish they had cakes for USA.. i enjoy shopping with them and would like all my gifting to happen from there.. i keep getting regular discounts from there anyways.. so keep checking...

I kind of predict an early rush for Mothers Day (you know the times when orders get delivered weeks later) so I decided to go ahead and send my mom a gift for the season. It was my first time shopping on Flora2000 and I must confess I loved the arrangements! Since I dint want to risk flowers, decided to send one of their sleek Hampers with cake, nuts, crackers, cheese etc. My mom loved the hamper! It was packed much better than what we saw on the website. The representatives were also pretty helpful when I called to check on delivery status...
Definitely looking forward to sending gifts through Flora2000

Up until January 2012 I thought that overall Flora2000 provided a fair service with some nice arrangements, if a little on the expensive side. I know the true cost of flowers in Thailand and they are very inexpensive. A bouquet of roses will typically cost very little in Bangkok.

However, they have previously provided a decent enough service and any flowers that I have sent to Thailand have arrived on time and have looked nice.

In January 2012 I have ordered two deliveries through them. The first one, on a Saturday, failed to arrive due to a computer or communication error. They offered to deliver it on another day which wasn't acceptable. They had promised and hadn't delivered. I cancelled the order.

The second delivery was for a birthday on a Sunday. It was important that the order was as shown on the website and was delivered on time. It was delivered on time but wasn't what I ordered. The flowers were old and faded, the foliage poor and it looked like it had been thrown together. The accompanying gift was nothing like I ordered. Even the card was written in English by someone who couldn't write English and wasn't legible. Very disappointing.

Ordered flowers for Guelph Ontario...how difficult can that be? After 3 emails apologizing for the delay and a week later...no flowers, friend recovered and extreme frustration. All the reviews I've read about this company are glowing so either I'm extremely unlucky or they have written them all themslelves.
