This Company advertised delivery to Germany. I placed my order and it was of $96.00. Order was verified and money taken out of my bank account. Then later I received and email stating that they do not deliver to my requested address in Germany, after all. Now they have MY money for at least a week, while I'm without MY MONEY. I was told that I would receive a refund, so now it's wait and see. Do not use this company. Just way to many bad reviews.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora 2000 to a friend.

I'll never use their services again. Ordered flowers for delivery in California on may 9th. Did it through their website, paid, received confirmation from them. As of today, May 15th, no sign of no flower no where.....my various e-mails received no answer at all, and of course they are not to be reached by phone, nor does their line lead to any kind of message.Oh no my mistake, I had once a message telling me where ... to send an e-mail of course. a hundred and some $ to find out they are not to be reached anymore. How does this sound ?My advice, avoid yourself unnecessary troubles, do avoid these guys.

They took my order but my mother never got her flowers.
All of the email addresses are fake. The online contact does nothing. The phone message says that due to the virus they are not answering the phone lines. You can not get a virus through the phone folks! Total scam. Will be disputing this bill via my bank first thing Monday morning. Don’t waste your time or money! SCAMMERS ALERT

I bought some flowers for my wife on Valentine's day but the flowers were never delivered. Although on the website it says it was delivered and I was charged for it. I tried to contact the company and all I got was generic emails saying we will get back to you. Now it has been 6 days and no resolution at all.

I have been using the website for 5 years but it only takes 1 incident to ruin the experience. It is understandable to not deliver on time but unforgivable to not respond to inquiries for 6 days. I would not recommend this website again.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora 2000 to a friend.

Received bouquet as gift from friends in Australia. Flowers were left outside in Florida without telling me they were there. Upon opening I see the fliers were not in water. Within 12 hours the roses were dead and drooping. I took photos and called customer service. They said to send photos to richard@flora2000 and there has never been a response from this company. Do not use this service.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora 2000 to a friend.

They do not deliver what they promise, it was the biggest mistake to trust them with delivering flowers for my mothers 70th Birthday... She is still waiting for them and the day has come and gone for her.... How to ruin a wonderful family moment.......

1 star rating is too much.

I ordered a lovely arrangement for my mom's birthday from this site. What arrived was NOTHING like the arrangement that was on the website. It had more green fillers than the flowers, whereas the website photo did not have any...it was all flowers! I understand that sometimes they need to substitute flowers when unavailable...this wasn't the case. The flowers were correct, there just wasn't as many and the arrangement was all wrong! They did offer a 20% refund which I thought was an absolute joke (I told them so) so they offered a 30% discount...which equated to $13 whooptidooda!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ... EVER!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is the biggest scam. They took my order, confirmed receipt and no flowers arrived. I tried contacting them over the phone and the line just kept ringing with no answer. I could not even leave a message! It is now 4 days after the promised delivery date and no flowers.

I received one email from their customer service saying that they could not give me an update on my order. This is not a serious company - they take their customers' money and do not fulfill orders.

I will try to dispute the charges but even if I get a refund (doubtful), the damage was already done. My mother had to go without flowers on Mother's Day.

In summary, I would not recommend Flora 2000 to a friend.

BEWARE of this company. If you want to be sure your order is delivered go somewhere else.

I ordered an arrangement for an important occasion. I received confirmation but the flowers never arrived. I tried to enquire what the problem was. By the time I received a reply it was too late to order from another place.

They refused to compensate me but they did offer a refund.

I checked on the web and there are many other complaints such as mine!

In summary, I would not recommend Flora 2000 to a friend.
