This site stinks

I placed an order for Valentine's Day, received a confirmation thanking me for my order. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. I received an email, not a phone call, thanking me for my order but, unfortunately were unable to deliver the flowers. THANKS FOR NOTHING. So, on VDay, I rushed out to buy flowers from a grocery store.
In summary, I would not recommend 1st In Flowers to a friend.

Didn't deliver what I ordered

I ordered a rather expensive arrangement on the 11th for delivery on the 14th (valentines). The arrangement I ordered wasn't delivered. They instead delivered some other arrangement that looks horrible. Not even a valentines arrangement. Some random shit flowers. My arrangement was listed at $80 on their site, I found what I think that they delivered and it is listed at $40. Complete bait and switch bull. I'm going to contest the charge.
I was not notified of the change. I've emailed their customer service of the problem and have not received any replies. I hope that others find this review and use other, reputable services.
In summary, I would not recommend 1st In Flowers to a friend.

Bait and Switch delivery date

Ordered on Feb 12th, and while I was placing the order, the website promised delivery on Feb. 13th. After I hit "Submit" and the confirmation came, it said the delivery would be on the 16th. This was to go to a business that would not be open on the 16th. Two emails and three phone calls, and no one has called me back. The people who take the phone messages are NOT customer service reps, but only order takers. There is no way to trace this order and it's too late to order something else for Valentine's Day. If the website had not promised same-day delivery, I would have understood, but changing the date after I placed the order and then NEVER responding to my concerns is very poor.
In summary, I would not recommend 1st In Flowers to a friend.

If I could give less than zero ratings I would. If I could post pictures to this review you would understand my dissatisfaction. What turned up at my grandmothers door step was NOTHING like what I ordered from the site. I am deeply embarrassed by what was sent to her. I even upgraded to the size they recommend would look most like the picture. What a joke I feel very cheated. If I had the luxury of living in the same country as my grandmother I'd hand deliver something I've seen and touched but I can't do that and have to rely on online delivery services. What a disappointing experience I do not recommend 1st in flowers at all.
In summary, I would not recommend 1st In Flowers to a friend.
