I ordered a rather expensive arrangement on the 11th for delivery on the 14th (valentines). The arrangement I ordered wasn't delivered. They instead delivered some other arrangement that looks horrible. Not even a valentines arrangement. Some random shit flowers. My arrangement was listed at $80 on their site, I found what I think that they delivered and it is listed at $40. Complete bait and switch bull. I'm going to contest the charge.
I was not notified of the change. I've emailed their customer service of the problem and have not received any replies. I hope that others find this review and use other, reputable services.
In summary, I would not recommend 1st In Flowers to a friend.
