I ordered 2 large bouquets from them for my wedding and paid the $36 for be today shipping. Instead of receiving my flowers on time, they were in transit for FOUR days will did not show up in time for the wedding.

They have made no attempt to notify me of the delay and I have yet to hear from their customer service department.

In summary, I would not recommend Organic Bouquet to a friend.

Never received one of two flowers I ordered. The flowers I did received ate not like the picture. Partly wilted and not fresh looking at all. No customer service. I want my money back. Don't know how they stay in business. I don't recommend this business to anyone.

I ordered two items to be delivered to the same address. One was delivered late and the other was never delivered at all. I called, emailed and left vm how many times but no one called back. Worse customer service I ever had for a flower shop. I would never use this company again and would never recommend this company to anyone. I don't know how they are even in business. How many ppl are in customer service, one? Ridiculous!

In summary, I would not recommend Organic Bouquet to a friend.

Ordered 2 separate bouquets. Each arrived wilted, brown and looking worse than anything you could pick up at your local supermarket for under $10.00. Neither of them even closely resembled the pictures that I ordered from. In fact, one was a dozen roses and only 10 arrived. Absolutely HORRIBLE and embarrassing that I sent these to people. Contacted via email and they offered to give me a credit. Yeah, like I want a credit to receive horrible flowers again. No thanks. So they quit responding.

I have disputed the charges on my credit card and I hope I receive my money back. This place is a total rip off. DO NOT WASTE your money. Wish I had checked for reviews before using them.

I'm also going to report them to the BBB.

In summary, I would not recommend Organic Bouquet to a friend.

Ordered flowers for valentines day. Easy to order, arrived on time. Half were well beyond wilted to the point that, considering the one day shipping, had to be heading south at the time shipped. Contacted them via email - no response. So easy to order, terrible product only to out done by even worse service.

In summary, I would not recommend Organic Bouquet to a friend.
