I ordered two items to be delivered to the same address. One was delivered late and the other was never delivered at all. I called, emailed and left vm how many times but no one called back. Worse customer service I ever had for a flower shop. I would never use this company again and would never recommend this company to anyone. I don't know how they are even in business. How many ppl are in customer service, one? Ridiculous!

In summary, I would not recommend Organic Bouquet to a friend.
