I sent flowers on mothers day not only did the wrong flowers arrive but I was charged 3 times! I have left them numerous emails and have called them 15 times. They haven't bothered to call or contact me in any way. This is fraud and theft!! The bank says that I should file a police report. They owe me over 185$! This place is horrible

In summary, I would not recommend Beyond Blossoms to a friend.

I ordered flowers from their web site and canceled the 72 dollar order later that week because I had looked up reviews and they were all crap. I got ahold of them once to cancel and this was 4 weeks ago I still have not gotten the money b ack in my account and have tried every day since. no answer from the company got ahold of customer service one week ago and this will be the fifth time an urgent message was left though them as well as quite a few myself.I later found out the better business bureau gave then an F for not being able to hear from them. this was a terrible experience and I honestly have nothing positive to say about it. If I could give them a zero I would have.

In summary, I would not recommend Beyond Blossoms to a friend.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. I paid extra for shipping and delivery on a Sunday. The order never arrived, nor was I contacted by the company that it never arrived. On top of that, I sent several emails to their customer service department to complain and get a refund but nobody ever responded (even though the website states that someone will respond within the hour.) When I tried calling the phone number, the phone just rang and rang. THIS IS A SCAM. This is the worst service and I would not recommend using this website ever!

In summary, I would not recommend Beyond Blossoms to a friend.

I ordered a Heather plant for a friend whose daughter, Heather, had died. I ordered the plant on Sunday and it was delivered on Monday as requested. However, what was delivered wasn't a Heather plant. Several small, paltry plants were placed in a basket and delivered instead. A family member went by to visit the grieving family and saw what was delivered and told me it wasn't what I'd ordered. I tried calling the customer service number Monday through Thursday and received a busy signal every call. I emailed the customer service representative, CJ, several times and never received a reply. I finally called my credit card company Thursday evening and filed a complaint. The credit card company tired to call and heard the busy signal as well. This was the first time I'd used this company and certainly will be the last!

In summary, I would not recommend Beyond Blossoms to a friend.
