I ordered flowers from their web site and canceled the 72 dollar order later that week because I had looked up reviews and they were all crap. I got ahold of them once to cancel and this was 4 weeks ago I still have not gotten the money b ack in my account and have tried every day since. no answer from the company got ahold of customer service one week ago and this will be the fifth time an urgent message was left though them as well as quite a few myself.I later found out the better business bureau gave then an F for not being able to hear from them. this was a terrible experience and I honestly have nothing positive to say about it. If I could give them a zero I would have.
In summary, I would not recommend Beyond Blossoms to a friend.
