Wow, unfortunately these guys might be an actual company, I definitely fell for their online ad, I typed in "local florists national city", no address I still clicked on it and continued with the order I thought that they might be worth it and gave it a shot. I ordered same day delivery, never got delivered. Called and they said I may have jumped the gun because I called around 4pm, to try and call back. Called back they said they would deliver the next morning. Next morning came around and the customer service lady said the driver tried to deliver the flowers the day before but the business was closed. My girlfriend left her moms business at 4:25pm nothing ever came and ppl there work until 5pm. So what she said was a lie. Customer service lady told me she can offer me store credit after she lied to me, or half of the delivery service charge as a refund gtfoh lol soon after that I told her I want a full refund. That never happened. Called chase disputed the information, got my money back and they deal with their scam website with the authorities. Definitely cant trust an... (Read the full review)

Beware. I too was scammed and told that there was a "glitch" in the system and flowers were never delivered. They managed to take my money very easily, but after several days of not hearing if my friend liked the flowers I had sent was told that they never got any. Made me look like I had forgotten her birthday, because who orders flowers that don't get delivered? Apparently if you order through 1stopflorists you are taking a risk of just that. When I contacted them, they offered to deliver the flowers then (it was too late!) at a 50% reduction or receive a refund. I got a refund and will never order from them again. I also have asked to be unsubscribed from their emails several times over several weeks and still they keep trying. Worst florist experience. To be fair, I had ordered from them once before in the same month and there was no problem and recipient loved the flowers, but the non-delivery of the second order seems to be the norm for them. Buy at your own risk.

In summary, I would not recommend 1StopFlorists to a friend.

Like many of the other people submitting a review, if only I had known I was not using a local florist. A friend of mine who lives in England asked that I order flowers to be delivered to her daughter who lives in Cambridge MA, and who had gone through a traumatic event in her life. The flowers were NOTHING like the ones I ordered. They were the wrong color, wrong vase, tiny and had ugly filler daisies and were probably $12 worth which cost me $85. I sent a photo and they agreed they "were not up to their standard". They said they would send a replacement that day. They did not. They said they would send a replacement the next day, they did not. After several phone calls and emails I have been told they would be delivered tomorrow....I am holding my breath. I have spent so much time on this and I am disgusted. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

SO I happen Order flowers for a coworker who is moving to another state. It happened to be all company lunch as well. I ordered flowers to be delivered to the front office and most importantly surprise her.
Firstly, despite calling and speaking to an agent that the company closes 3, they still sent someone to deliver flowers at 4 pm.

Secondly, hoping to receive flowers early morning, (which did not happen), I called around 10:30 am to check on the status. They said it will be delivered in 30 minutes. Flowers were delivered at the production shipping department. When our employee requested to take these flowers to the front desk office, they responded with an attitude that they are delivery and so here it is and left.

When I saw the flowers, I was left with no words. It was a small vase, less flowers, were almost looping, and for that I paid $94 with shipping. I have ordered for flowers for a lot of people but have never come across someone who would charge $75 for a deluxe flower arrangement which basically looked like a standard look. Do not fall for the same-day delivery scam.

1 Stop Florists advertises in all states and looks as if they are local. They are not local! They are located in Washington state and if you order from a different time zone chances are you wont get your flowers delivered on time because they obviously have no knowledge that there are different time zones throughout the country. I ordered flowers for my Wife on our 38th anniversary to be delivered to her office. I ordered the flowers at 7:15 am and paid extra to insure they would be delivered early. My wife didn't get to see the flowers until the day after our anniversary! The flowers were nice as they were assembled by a local florist. I called the company in Washington state and the woman I spoke with didn't seem to care since she already had my money. BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FLOWERS, ALWAYS USE A LOCAL FLORIST. 1stopflorists.com sent a link to write a review and I did, but if you go to their site they don't offer any place to see reviews, BEWARE!!!
