I ordered the flowers on Thursday early noon, promised delivery next day, called the next day in the AM and informed me they didn't have the same type flowers. We agreed to use different flowers. They promised delivery on the 2nd day, then I received an email at 2:30pm PST telling me they couldn't find a florist to deliver. But they could deliver on Sat, the 3rd day. The irony is, the Customer service rep i spoke with put me on hold, called the florist to confirm, and then came back and said all was OK. I spent 2 hours on the internet/phone with this company, and now the deceased person is already buried :( NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

In summary, I would not recommend USA Florist to a friend.
