Horrible experience 24 April 2020 Reviewer: Sharon Vk from Kinsman, Oh, USA 46 of 91 people found this review helpful I recently ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a relative upon the death of her mother. What I ordered and what was delivered were two totally different arrangements. I reached out to Avas Flowers and they will not do anything to rectify the problem. Beware you won't get the flowers 28 January 2020 Reviewer: Barb from Nebraska 48 of 103 people found this review helpful I ordered bereavement flowers 5 days ago...still no flowers. I have called 3x and on the phone nearly an hour....waiting. They have told me 2x they will deliver. I don't believe them. I just lost $75. They offered a $10 credit on my next order....a big joke. Zero customer service--trash! 22 July 2019 Reviewer: Never Again from North Carolina 52 of 97 people found this review helpful This place is a joke and in no way should be a"top-rated local florist--family owned and operated." That wording is simply not true. Not only was the product not delivered--after being boosted $20, but when I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, I was repeatedly transferred to a machine--for over one half hour.
