Very bad service. I ordered my flowers on time to be delivered to germany. They never arrived. I wrote an e-mail to asked for my money back. I am still waiting for them to tell me what happened, only got an e-mail that they will find out what happened, that was 5 days ago. I am very disappointed (it was my moms 89th birthday) and will never use them again.

I requested flowers be sent to my Girlfriend on Feb 14 for valentines day through 2flowers. They didn't show up. I emailed them and got a response from Sebastian Rodriguez, supposedly a staff member of this company ([email protected]). They said there was a communication error with the company and they could try to deliver them again. I told them to deliver them as soon as possible. Two days later no flowers. Finally I told them to credit me back. I have read about how people never got their money back. I immediately called my credit card company. They said they would credit me back and go after 2flowers for the refund. Luckily I have a really good bank.

I would never ever deal with this company. I believe they are a scam. I even question if the good reviews on here are legit. My advice, find a different company to deal with. If possible see if you can contact the floral shop directly and stay away from on line companies.

In summary, I would not recommend 2Flowers to a friend.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day 2 days in advanced and they were never delivered. I received an email at 4:00 PM the day of informing me that I had ordered too late for delivery. There was no indication that things had to be ordered any number of days in advanced at the time of ordering. I asked for them to be delivered on the following day and they never showed.

Do not order from this website, or any of their affiliates, unless you want to be robbed of your money.

In summary, I would not recommend 2Flowers to a friend.

I sent flowers from the US to my girlfriend in Vietnam and she loved them! I will definitely be using this company again. I really enjoyed the fact that they had a nice flat rate price. Thank you guys! Awesome service! Delivered on Valentines day for no extra charge!

Hello.-

I used 2flowers.com to send flowers to my girlfriend who lives abroad. I order the flowers on Friday and they were correctly delivered on Saturday, it was delivered by a local florist.-

Variety & Choice: its was ok, there were few roses options.

Quality: Fresh flowers, nice boquet.

Special Offers & Promotions: I couldnt find a coupon

Delivery Cost / Efficiency: The service fee/delivery cost its included on the price, all other international flower delivery sites add these fees at the end of the purchase.

Ease of Use / Navigation: Simple like Google

Customer Support: I didnt have chance to contact them.

Overall Star Rating: Its a really good company, I used another companies for sending flowers to my girl abroand, but this is the first on that deliver her fresh flowers on time.

5 Stars for 2Flowers.com !

For the negative reviewers, please also review sites when you get a good service from companies, because people usually only post bad reviews and not good ones.

I ordered a dozen roses with bear and chocolates from 2Flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. Her birthday comes and goes, no flowers. After requesting either a refund or my order be delivered within the next two days, they delivered flowers and chocolates. The flowers were not what I ordered and there was no teddy bear! They promised a partial refund for my inconvenience but I haven't seen that, either. My order was late, incomplete and wrong. Do not give 2Flowers your business. Ever.
