As I couldn't do it in person, I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday form Proflowers. Got an confirmation that the flowers were delivered, but they didn't. Why sent a confirmation? At least they could inform me that the flowers wouldn't be delievered, so I could order form other place.
After many emails back and forth Proflowers has finally offered 30% refund. I wanted them to sent the order again, but they didn't want to listen. The cosequence is in the future I will order my flowers from somwhere else. I advice you to do the same, I find Proflowers are not trusty at all and there are hiden costs as well. I could do bussines as well by not delivering and giving refund of 30% and keeping 70%, that would be a good bussines for me
In summary, I would not recommend ProFlowers to a friend.
