I ordered bouquet of flower as sympathy since good friend of mine was totally devastated loosing his dog. Same day delivery but it did not make it on time so I cancelled. They tried to buy me out of 50% credit and 20 dollars pass for future purchase. Who would want that when they can’t even deliver the flower on time right. They tried to convince me but I requested a refund.
To make it even worse, next day, they delivered it, even I cancelled, and guess what! They delivered a bouquet that’s nothing like what I ordered!!! No sunflowers, no lilies, no nothing here and there and it was sorry ass looking bouquet and had to embarrassed me like this!!! Not only that, it totally ruined my friend’s feelings. I wish I could give them zero star!! They don’t deserve to do the flower service when they don’t even know how to handle people’s feeling!!!!! I hope they go bankrupt one day, because I had worst experience ever.
In summary, I would not recommend 1-800-Flowers.com to a friend.
