I purchased a Pink Lady Standing Spray for a deceased relative. On the day of the delivery (three days later), I received eight mobile calls, three land line calls, four emails, and I made five calls asking for my approval to a replacement of the flowers in the spray. I learned later in an email, the plan was to deliver a garden dish plant as a replacement. At the end of the day, I received a picture of what was delivered and it was this horrendous plant combination that probably could be held in a hand, and was one third the cost. After many attempts to connect to a manager, I spoke to two and they were basically useless in providing answers to my questions or resolving the problem. It is inconceivable that a company that has been around for over 17 years can not get a florist in an entire state to produce a spray similar to what was advertised or they could not inform me prior to the delivery date the spray wasn't available. I am outraged, appalled, and embarrassed by the miserable plant sent for display at my cousin's funeral. It is incredible the abuse that I suffered from this company with no regards for my feelings or the amount I paid for the spray. I will never used this florist again and I would strongly recommend others who are interested to read all the reviews and not use it. How it can be in the top ten for online florist is beyond me? Basically they stole my hard-earned money and there is no recourse when it comes to their incompetent customer service.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
