I ordered flowers on Saturday, May 9th after I realized that my previous order with FTD was not going to be delivered. I was hoping I could get them delivered by Mother's Day or at least on Monday but by the following Monday, the 18th, they still were not delivered.
After about twenty five calls for a status of the delivery without any real explanation, I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I will never deal with them again. That stressed me out. I was told I would have my refund within 1-4 days so it is not over yet. There might be an update to this review if I don't see my money this week or Monday the latest. I was thinking that all my drama could have stemmed from the Pandemic, a large amount of orders that they couldn't handle but after reading the other reviews that was from last year, I don't know.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
