The flowers were not delivered until after the funeral services. The family did not see a floral arrangement, nor the card/tag from me. Just Flowers put me off 5 times stating that would call me back. The did say that the funeral home verified that the flower came. At noon Saturday. The same time as the services. While the family was there. They obviously were not, as today is Wednesday and the flower is there at the funeral home now! Since the flowers were not delivered as promised I feel a refund is warranted. Just Flowers stated that they could only give me a $10 refund. The family never received the floral arrangement. How can they consider services rendered? This is very poor customer service.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
