I ordered a dish garden arrangement & 3 Get Well mylar balloons to be delivered to my friend in the hospital & paid dearly. “Just Flowers” chose VAlley Florist in Long Beach, NY to fulfill the order. They have ALL poor reviews on Yelp - every one is 1 star! Well, the plants that were delivered were awful, wilted flowers, totally unprofessional and unacceptable AND only 1 balloon was delivered instead of 3.
My friend took a picture of the arrangement and I was so embarrassed to see what was delivered. It looked nothing like I ordered and was truly wretched. After contacting Just Flowers Customer Service and sending them a photo, I was told that the order was filled and nothing could be done. After requesting a full refund or delivery of a new plant arrangement delivered I was told NO and offered a token refund of $15!!! In the meantime, my friend is left with a half dead plant and only 1 balloon!
This service is unprofessional and unreliable. They take your money and feel no obligation to give good service.
I would Never recommend them! If I could give 0 stars I would!
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
