Ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Friday September 14...it was never delivered. Then it was supposed to be delivered the next day and again it was not. By this time it was too late and I wanted the order cancelled. Seems only a manager can cancel the order. Time and time again I told them to cancel and they just offered a $7 credit....again I said to cancel. Finally spoke to a manager....she offered a $10 credit. Again I said no! She finally agreed to cancel my order and credit me. I am not holding my breath until I actually see the credit.
This is a 3rd party company that sends the orders to local florists....save yourself a lot of time and aggrevasion….just find the local florist yourself.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
