PLEASE DO NOT USE this company!!! Looked online & lots to choose from. I ordered flowers for funeral service that were suppose to be delivered Friday. Funeral service was on Sat. I had requested to have photo emailed from florist to make sure, what I ordered was sent. NO PHOTO, NO DELIEVERY CONFIRMATION of any kind!!! Called Sat., was put on hold 10-15 min., after explaining my issue was put on hold AGAIN while they called local florist (NO ANSWER) was told they would call me back later that day. NO RETURNED CALL. Called again on Sun., left VM & stated to CANCEL order since NO delivery was made. THEN received email Tue. of delivery confirmation ON TUE. 4 DAYS TO LATE & they had charged my card!!! I called to complain & was told they didn't receive the cancellation VM (???) AND that the order could not be cancelled after sent to local florist. I will discuss with my card company!!! Very sad under such circumstances of funenal & grieving family!!!
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
