I ordered a plant for a funeral on a Thursday was suppose to be delivered on a Friday, I called to check delivery confirmation was informed that couldn't deliver until Saturday. I received no call until Sunday telling me my order couldn't be filled. I was so frustrated I was ready to cancelled. They convinced me to allow them to change florist and assured me the arrangement would be just as requested and delivered by Monday. Plant was finally delivered on Monday, funeral was on Saturday not acceptable. The plant dish ordered was not the arrangement with the plants U requested. I will never order from this company again. Their delivery costs are ridiculous, delivery service sucks, and poor customer service. Would definitely not recommend to anyone!
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
