FlowersFast.com seemed good to begin with. At checkout, there is a DEFAULT that says "are substitutions ok - yes". I did not see this (and strongly urge that this default be set to an open field instead of a pre-answered field! I notified them immediately that I did not want major substitution and they stated they would alert the local florist to this. I did send them several emails about possibly changing delivery dates, and once I had a delivery date confirmed, that portion went smoothly. The flowers that arrived were BAD! Nothing like I ordered, some were already drooping, a few were already dying! Flowersfast did rectify this, with a partial refund, and a corrected bouquet that was MUCH better. But no follow up reply indicating they were sending the new bouquet. I more blame the local florist honestly, but FlowersFast should not be using florists who do not uphold a certain standard, and they definitely failed on that front.
In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Fast to a friend.
