I ordered the "WICKER BASKET" arrangement for a family funeral. The cost was over $100 and the picture of the flowers showed them in a very tall, beautiful wicker basket and touted the basket in the title and in the description. The type of wicker basket made the arrangement stand out and apart from all other typical funeral flowers and the picture was beautiful. I was immediately directed to Just Flowers from the local paper's obituary page. All information was already filled out for you with the deceased's name, Church, funeral home, etc. to make it "easy" for you to go ahead and order from Just Flowers. I even called customer service to make sure I would be called if any substitutions were made. I was assured by a representative of Just Flowers that I would be contacted. When I got to the visitation, I couldn't believe it. The arrangement was in a cheap white plastic pot with a cheap plastic piece attached
to the back of the pot so the funeral personnel could "throw it around easily." Because of the type of container, the flowers were spread out and flopped around. The total, with added costs was about $165.00. I spoke with several customer service reps. at Just Flowers before I finally was connected to the "top person" supposedly. He treated me like trash! Extremely nasty! Offered $15.00 refund. It was THE most sickening experience I have had to date with an online florist--and I order online often. I only used them because of the link from our local paper that came up automatically. Just Flowers has a real racket going with the newspaper and practices deceptive advertising. STAY AWAY!!!
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
