Horrible service.
I ordered 3 items…I got confirmation of shipment for all 3 then told the address was incorrect. I corrected the problem on the same day.
They successfully delivered 1 item but not the other 2. They refused to refund me for the missing items because I gave them the wrong address.
My question is how do you deliver 1 of the items, not the others…and then tell me I gave the wrong address?
Absolutely exhausting experience dealing with them. I will never make that mistake again.
Don’t waste your money.
In summary, I would not recommend Gift Blooms to a friend.
