I have never experienced such poor service from a floral company. They do provide professional service to Canadian customers. I paid for express service 2 days ago and still don't know after 2 days if the flowers will be delivered! They didn't inform me that I would have to pay in American funds even though I am calling from Canada to be delivered to a Canadian address! I was shocked and indicated that no one communicated this to me. They then eventually reduced the fee.

They also wanted to add an additional $15.00 after I had paid because of my location.!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

The absolutely worst experience ever!! You can't review without at least one star, so know that I'd give them a ZERO if I could.

They can take your charge info. Flowers can't be delivered because the order is never recorded. You'll spend hours on the phone, first with them, then trying to find out what happened to the order. I believed them when they said an attempt was made to deliver, but after reading hundreds of complaints, I see this is part of the SCAM. They told me that their delivery person said the receptionist at the recipients office told them the recipient was on vacation. (This way it isn't their fault, it is mine!) They can't track down anything except your bank. The customer service people are also the supervisors, and are also the managers. They have no corporate offices, they think! You can not call back and ask to speak to anyone specific and I'm pretty sure you will be connected to someone in another country. They don't speak English well enough to be able to understand them. I thought that I was going to get a good value as the online prices were reasonable, but once it was all said and done it was way more expensive. I have never experienced such horrible service. I really do not understand why and how Just Flowers is still in business. Not only was my delivery 3 days late, but they never even had the courtesy to tell me. I had to call them SEVERAL times to see what was going on. It was supposed to be a surprise. After all of that they did not have my flowers of choice available and they did not have anything close to what I wanted. They outsourced my order to a small florist because of the area. Then they didn't have the pot that I ordered and they charged me $10 more for the new one. When I talked to a man at the "corporate office" he was the rudest person I have dealt with in that position. I ordered the "WICKER BASKET" arrangement for a family funeral. The cost was over $100 and the picture of the flowers showed them in a very tall, beautiful wicker basket and touted the basket in the title and in the description. The type of wicker basket made the arrangement stand out and apart from all other typical funeral flowers and the picture was beautiful. I was immediately directed to Just Flowers from the local paper's obituary page. All information was already filled out for you with the deceased's name, Church, funeral home, etc. to make it "easy" for you to go ahead and order from Just Flowers. I even called customer service to make sure I would be called if any substitutions were made. I was assured by a representative of Just Flowers that I would be contacted. When I got to the visitation, I couldn't believe it. The arrangement was in a cheap white plastic pot with a cheap plastic piece attached
to the back of the pot so the funeral personnel could "throw it around easily." Because of the type of container, the flowers were spread out and flopped around. The total, with added costs was about $165.00.... (Read the full review)

Last Mother's Day my wife was visiting my daughter and granddaughter in Texas. I ordered flowers for both of them. It was around $100.00 for both orders. They did not get there until 4 days after Mother's Day. My wife accepted hers unfortunately because they were not even close to what I had ordered. Two days later my daughter got hers but refused to take delivery. I tried to get a refund but,of course, just got the run-around. Beware of this company!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Ordered basked delivered to Byram Ms and was able to see what was delivered. Not at all what was ordered and charged for. Was tacky, embarrassing, small vase of wilted looking greenery and had lots of comments about why anyone would send such a tacky thing as that Cannot erase the embarrasement and shame of having such a thing at our friends funeral. Will never do this again and will try to spread the word about how your company makes profit off people at a time like this.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I noticed that someone fraudulently charged my credit card and ordered flowers. I do not blame just flowers for this, but they were not very helpful when I called to inquire about the order. They kept asking me for the order number and email address which I clearly do not have since I did not purchase the order. I informed the customer service rep that I do not understand why he cannot look up the order using my card number, but he continued to say that he cannot look up an order that way. I told him that if someone else used my card, then how do you expect to help me by asking for my order number and email address. This frustrated me because the couple of times that this has occurred in the past with other companies, the company would track down the order using my credit card number. But just flowers was not able to do this for me and he was not willing to transfer me to a manager or supervisor. Thanks you Just Flowers for nothing and supporting the thieves who stole my credit card number.

Do not use these people if you want flowers delivered on time. They didn't even notify me that they would be late and it was impossible to call them or contact them during that time. Just call the local flower shop.

Don't waste your time, effort or most importantly your money with this firm. They advertise same day delivery but did not deliver my order until four days later. Their Customer Service line cut me off after being on hold for 3 minutes on multiple occasions. Sent emails to email address with information on how to contact me to discuss the matter and they never responded to either phone numbers or email address. Quite frankly I have nothing good to say about this company and wish I would run into a Corporate Officer sometime and let them know how I really feel about their piece of !@#$ company

The worst flower shop. Never delivers your flowers on time. You can never get them on the phone. Please don't use their service it will save you a lot of trouble. Worst flower shop in the world.
