I noticed that someone fraudulently charged my credit card and ordered flowers. I do not blame just flowers for this, but they were not very helpful when I called to inquire about the order. They kept asking me for the order number and email address which I clearly do not have since I did not purchase the order. I informed the customer service rep that I do not understand why he cannot look up the order using my card number, but he continued to say that he cannot look up an order that way. I told him that if someone else used my card, then how do you expect to help me by asking for my order number and email address. This frustrated me because the couple of times that this has occurred in the past with other companies, the company would track down the order using my credit card number. But just flowers was not able to do this for me and he was not willing to transfer me to a manager or supervisor. Thanks you Just Flowers for nothing and supporting the thieves who stole my credit card number.
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
