Choosing the perfect bouquet with Flower Delivery.com is simple. Customers can shop by occasion, choosing the perfect bouquet for birthdays, anniversaries, funerals and more from a number of pre-determined selections. Similarly, users can filter their search results to view bouquets that fit a particular budget or contain specific flowers. As well as bouquets, customers can also choose from a range of ‘add on’ gifts (including chocolates, teddy bears, wine, fruit baskets and more) that help to give any delivery a special, personal touch. Although the site is priced a little higher than some others in this category, users can pick up seasonal promotions and special offer bouquets on occasion throughout the year.

One of the major drawbacks of Flower Delivery.com is the site itself, which is not a great reflection of the professional service offered by the company. The search engine on the site is not particularly good and doesn’t always return results within the search criteria. Similarly, although the site does provide a live chat feature (to help customers answer common problems and address issues), we were disappointed that it crashed frequently and did not appear to work all of the time. Finally, the site itself does not seem to be regularly updated, with adverts for past holidays and seasonal events being present on the site long after they have passed.

Although the service provided by Flower Delivery.com is generally good, and the site does offer a good (although not exactly unique or exciting) range of bouquets and arrangements, we were disappointed by the site itself and feel that it does not make for easy navigation and ordering (especially for customers who may be new to online shopping). Similarly, the cost of ordering flowers from Flower Delivery.com does seem a little high, especially when compared with other sites in this category, including many in our top ten. Although we wouldn’t rule this service out altogether, we would suggest that our readers shop around to get the best deal on the perfect bouquet.
