This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! I ordered flowers for my husband and the local florist they made arrangements with was unable to deliver them that day and neither company contacted me to tell me they were unable to be delivered. After not receiving the flowers for 2 days I called customer service to find out where they were and they told me they had been trying to contact my husband to arrange a delivery, which was untrue because he never received any calls. I made arrangements with them to contact my husband by phone for redelivery and he still never received any calls. The local florist then contacted my husband 5 days later to say they were cancelling the order because they had been trying to deliver them without any success. After speaking with the local florist about why they had never called my husband to schedule a delivery after being instructed to do so they informed me that justflowers had never given them any messages about contacting the recipient first. Ordered Flowers for my brother-n-law convalescing 12/24/2016. Money was immediately deducted from my account. No flowers delivered Called 12/26/2016 and was informed by BIA they were unable to contact their drivers and when they do they would try again. No flowers delivered. I called again 12/27/2016. Bia informs me they are unable to contact their drivers. I told her to cancel the order. She refused, repeating her script. I received the below ludicrous email:

Rosemary Barton, we are writing to inform you that we got an update from our local florist regarding your order 8505168 to Cathy and Doug Turnbaugh. Florist said that they attempted delivery on the 12/24/16 but recipient was not there, so they left a voice message for the recipient and Attempted delivery again on 12/25/16 and recipient was still not there. So as to ensure timely delivery for the Christmas season, they left the arrangement at the front porch, called the recipient and left a voice message.
Also, our florist offered re-delivery for today 12/28/16 or tomorrow 12/29/16 and said they can have the arrangement upgraded and filled to value or do a different one as it's no longer... (Read the full review)

Run to someone else this site should be taken down and put out of operation. I would stay with your local florist . They ruined a memorial for a Veteran and the calls to me were the same that I have read on the previous postings.This tells you it is a scam and all they do is take your money my fight has just started but to see so many posting I'm going to war with them.

Ordered flowers pictured from site for next day delivery to hospital. My credit card was billed immediately. Midday on the supposed delivery date I get an e mail asking me to contact them to be informed those "flowers are seasonal" and they want to substitute and deliver the next day. I OK'd that but expressed dismay that it will be another day and asked why the web site did not indicate that the flowers were not available this time of year. I repeated many times that they should be delivered by 10 AM. The rep never said their policy was any different.They e- mailed that per the conversation they will be substituted and delivered. Today I get a call that they cannot guarantee delivery before 6 pm. I talked to a m,anger who would not give me the name of the local florist to check but finally after 30 minutes said, "Oh, those were delivered." I called the hospital and yes they were delivered to the front desk and luckily sent up ASAP because I called the recipient and she is being discharged. BTW it is their policy, if the recipient had died, to simply change the card to Sympathy... (Read the full review)

I ordered flowers for my daughter and needed them delivered during a specific time frame. I paid extra for the 4 hour guarantee. Not only did they miss the window and it took 7 hours..... But they would not cancel my order when I told them that they had missed the window and my daughter was no longer at the place where I had asked them to deliver to. In addition , they charged my card twice. And they wouldn't refund my money. And every time I called , they put me on eternal hold and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They substituted flowers that were not the same as the picture, but did not adjust the price . These people are terrible !

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I am writing this review on Mothers day at 10:00 pm to let consumers know they never delivered my Mothers Day Flowers to my 80 year old mother. They never planned on it. I believe they never were planning on delivering on Mothers day. They just wanted to charge extra money for the flowers and delivery. Now they plan on delivering this flowers a day after mothers day for the same price. What a scam. I called justflowers and had the order cancelled and also filed a complaint through paypal on them.

This florist makes you wait from mourning to 9 pm and still never delivers.

What a scam to accept so many orders for mothers day with a guarantee delivery and know your not able to follow through on it and find it acceptable to send the flowers the day after mothers day.

I was impressed by the variety of arrangements on their website. Ordered a wicker cradle-type basket, called "dream time", blue with a white flower arrangement and little moon and star ornament sticking out above the flowers, for someone who just delivered a little baby boy. What was delivered was your standard everyday vase in baby blue with a chain around it, flowers similar to the picture, and no moon/star ornament. What is the point of offering such a variety of choice if they are simply going to substitute what they choose since this company apparently does not ensure that the local florists can provide the order as it is pictured? Upon notification of my displeasure, I was offered $5 off. Seriously. I will not be using this company for any future purchases, and I would recommend the buyer beware...if you are okay with substitutions, it won't matter, but for the price I paid, I expect to receive what I order.

Poor customer service, unable to deliver on time and as scheduled, unable to afford alternative solution when fail to deliver, and the end result is disappointing and filed with heart ache. When the item finally reached its destination, did not at all looked like the one seen online and as selected/ordered. The order was placed for an special and happy occasion to send some cheer to loved ones and instead as mentioned resulted in the most disappointing manner. Do Not Recommend.

Paid $106 for flowers for an out of town funeral. The company failed to deliver the flowers and failed to refund money. Terrible customer service.

Terrible Company and Customer Service. Just Flowers should rename the Company to NO FLOWERS! Ordered 3 days ago and all I hear when I call is "We're Sorry" If You need flowers delivered on time and with dignity, call a florist direct. I am Never ordering from these clowns again.
