I ordered flowers for my daughter and needed them delivered during a specific time frame. I paid extra for the 4 hour guarantee. Not only did they miss the window and it took 7 hours..... But they would not cancel my order when I told them that they had missed the window and my daughter was no longer at the place where I had asked them to deliver to. In addition , they charged my card twice. And they wouldn't refund my money. And every time I called , they put me on eternal hold and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They substituted flowers that were not the same as the picture, but did not adjust the price . These people are terrible !
In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
