Ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Friday September 14...it was never delivered. Then it was supposed to be delivered the next day and again it was not. By this time it was too late and I wanted the order cancelled. Seems only a manager can cancel the order. Time and time again I told them to cancel and they just offered a $7 credit....again I said to cancel. Finally spoke to a manager....she offered a $10 credit. Again I said no! She finally agreed to cancel my order and credit me. I am not holding my breath until I actually see the credit.

This is a 3rd party company that sends the orders to local florists....save yourself a lot of time and aggrevasion….just find the local florist yourself.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

PLEASE DO NOT USE this company!!! Looked online & lots to choose from. I ordered flowers for funeral service that were suppose to be delivered Friday. Funeral service was on Sat. I had requested to have photo emailed from florist to make sure, what I ordered was sent. NO PHOTO, NO DELIEVERY CONFIRMATION of any kind!!! Called Sat., was put on hold 10-15 min., after explaining my issue was put on hold AGAIN while they called local florist (NO ANSWER) was told they would call me back later that day. NO RETURNED CALL. Called again on Sun., left VM & stated to CANCEL order since NO delivery was made. THEN received email Tue. of delivery confirmation ON TUE. 4 DAYS TO LATE & they had charged my card!!! I called to complain & was told they didn't receive the cancellation VM (???) AND that the order could not be cancelled after sent to local florist. I will discuss with my card company!!! Very sad under such circumstances of funenal & grieving family!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Flowers were not delivered as promised. Very hard to get in touch with anyone to complain about this. Once I did, I was told they would refund us for the flowers, but is left to be seen. I gave one star for variety and choice, quality, promotions but really can't comment on this since flowers never arrived.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Do not order from this company!! They will inundate you with emails and not matter how many times you ask them to stop, they will not.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 23rd of December and just got off the phone with a just flowers representative. When I inquired why my flowers were not delivered, she told me they won’t go out until today Dec 26th. Additionally it sounded like they just found a florist to fill my order. This is the second time this flower service has let me down on timely delivery of flowers. A few years ago my friends father passed away and just flowers missed delivery of that order to. I thought the other day, it’s Christmas give them another chance and they blew it again. My wife ordered flowers from Ava flowers on the same day and they were delivered on time as promised. In the future I believe Ava will get all our business because I find Just Flowers service to be very unreliable!

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

I ordered a plant for a funeral on a Thursday was suppose to be delivered on a Friday, I called to check delivery confirmation was informed that couldn't deliver until Saturday. I received no call until Sunday telling me my order couldn't be filled. I was so frustrated I was ready to cancelled. They convinced me to allow them to change florist and assured me the arrangement would be just as requested and delivered by Monday. Plant was finally delivered on Monday, funeral was on Saturday not acceptable. The plant dish ordered was not the arrangement with the plants U requested. I will never order from this company again. Their delivery costs are ridiculous, delivery service sucks, and poor customer service. Would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Beware of Justflowers.com. I ordered a “premium” flower arrangement in a white wicker basket for $102.21 for the funeral of our children’s grandmother from Justflowers.com. The order (order number 8052283) was placed on Tuesday, Nov 21, 2 pm EST (11:00 am PST) to be delivered on Friday, Nov 24, by 1:00 pm. I was required to pay an extra $4.99 for ‘express delivery’ to be sure it would be delivered by 1:00 pm. Really? I ordered on Tuesday for delivery on Friday and I have to pay for express delivery from a local florist? Here were the charges:

Subtotal: $74.99
Express Delivery: $4.99
Handling: $5.25
Shipping or Service: $16.98
Total: $102.21

The description for premium says: “We’ll add lots more. The premium arrangement makes quite a statement.” They delivered a small flower arrangement in a dinky brown basket. I was appalled. It was embarrassing. It was nowhere near the full flower arrangement in the picture for the cheapest one, let alone the premium arrangement. It looked like a $30 arrangement at best. The picture on the web site for their base arrangement from the front shows about 27 flowers. Our arrangement has 21 flowers in a picture taken from the same angle. So I ordered a bunch of flowers for there same day delivery. they told me that they wouldn't have time that day to deliver them. so I said ok how about tomorrow. they said that would work. when I asked if they knew the area they said yes that they deliver there all the time but, then they proceeded to ask me where this place was and the zip..... um ok you just said you deliver there all the time lol. oh well right? I shrugged it off gave them all the info that they needed for delivery for the next morning.. Well half way through the next day I get a call saying that they havnt delivered them yet and if I wanted them delivered they were going to raise the delivery charge by $35.00 =O I said no thank you that exceeds what I have to spend. I would like to cancel the order. they said ok and offered me a lower double charge delivery amount I said no thank you again I would like to cancel. well they hung up on me and soon after I get a confirmation email stating that my order has been... I placed an order to be delivered on 11/21 by 1pm. I received an email confirmation confirming this. When the flowers never arrived I contact them by 5pm to cancel the order. I was told they were rescheduled for 11/22. I stated to cancel the order, I never been notified of the new delivery date nor had I approved the new date and had been very clear on my delivery date/time needed. I was told my order couldn't be cancelled except by a Manager. They would put my order on "hold" and have a Manager call me the next day. I again re-iterated I wanted the order cancelled and that I wouldn't be paying for it. I received a call on 11/22 by a female stating she was the Manager, my order was going to be delivered today and wasn't going to be cancelled. Again I re-iterated that my instructions of needing the order delivered by 1pm on 11/21 was very clear and included in my email confirmation. She stated I never paid an "expedited fee". I needed flowers for my son in the hospital on the other side of the country. I called in so I could confirm that it was done right and I wanted them delivered that day. They had many advertisements on line of same-day delivery. I even changed by arrangement two times to get a plant arrangement that could be delivered that day. After ordering $100 worth of plant upgrades and a balloon I was told in the process it was no guarantee it would be delivered that day but don't worry it would be delivered in the morning!! I explained that that was not OK that's why I was calling them and using this service and chose that arrangement. I also had asked if they could send me a picture of the arrangement being that I won't be able to see it and I've seen already seen reviews about the flowers not looking like the picture. Flowers werent delivered untill the next day at 5:30 and no picture . All management and customer service could tell me what it was my job to read all the fine print but there's no guarantees...
