I ordered flowers on Saturday, May 9th after I realized that my previous order with FTD was not going to be delivered. I was hoping I could get them delivered by Mother's Day or at least on Monday but by the following Monday, the 18th, they still were not delivered.

After about twenty five calls for a status of the delivery without any real explanation, I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I will never deal with them again. That stressed me out. I was told I would have my refund within 1-4 days so it is not over yet. There might be an update to this review if I don't see my money this week or Monday the latest. I was thinking that all my drama could have stemmed from the Pandemic, a large amount of orders that they couldn't handle but after reading the other reviews that was from last year, I don't know.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.

Do not use this service. they take your money and don't deliver your flowers. do it on your own so you can speak to a human not a computer. again don't use justflowers.com

One star is not low enough, and I see from all the other negative reviews I am not alone. I only wish I had seen this site before ordering from this company. I ordered a gift arrangement for Valentine's Day and a balloon sent to my own home, over $100. Never arrived and quite spoiled my day, causing me to run out to the grocery store for a quick down and dirty arrangement and a balloon to bring to the host of a party that evening. Next day in stead of the flowers and balloon, credit and apology I receive an email confirming my flowers have been delivered, they have not. I tried to reach customer service being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time and disconnected several times. Finally I reach a live person, explain the situation, she says she must call the local florist, I tell her it is closed at that hour, she doesn't understand me and disconnects. I call back, this time the person cannot hear me, I am shouting and loosing my voice. She keeps referring to "my concern" I keep saying no, it is my complaint. I ask for a manager, no... Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday on Friday for Monday delivery was told they would be delivered Monday. Monday at 4:00 call my wife to see if she liked the flowers, she tells me that no flowers have been delivered. I call just flowers to check on ETA they tell me that they will not be delivered today. It would have been helpful if they let me know this at an earlier time so I could have made arrangement to get a different florist. My advise to you is don't use this florist.

The flowers were not delivered until after the funeral services. The family did not see a floral arrangement, nor the card/tag from me. Just Flowers put me off 5 times stating that would call me back. The did say that the funeral home verified that the flower came. At noon Saturday. The same time as the services. While the family was there. They obviously were not, as today is Wednesday and the flower is there at the funeral home now! Since the flowers were not delivered as promised I feel a refund is warranted. Just Flowers stated that they could only give me a $10 refund. The family never received the floral arrangement. How can they consider services rendered? This is very poor customer service.

I ordered a dish garden arrangement & 3 Get Well mylar balloons to be delivered to my friend in the hospital & paid dearly. “Just Flowers” chose VAlley Florist in Long Beach, NY to fulfill the order. They have ALL poor reviews on Yelp - every one is 1 star! Well, the plants that were delivered were awful, wilted flowers, totally unprofessional and unacceptable AND only 1 balloon was delivered instead of 3.

My friend took a picture of the arrangement and I was so embarrassed to see what was delivered. It looked nothing like I ordered and was truly wretched. After contacting Just Flowers Customer Service and sending them a photo, I was told that the order was filled and nothing could be done. After requesting a full refund or delivery of a new plant arrangement delivered I was told NO and offered a token refund of $15!!! In the meantime, my friend is left with a half dead plant and only 1 balloon!

This service is unprofessional and unreliable. They take your money and feel no obligation to give good service.

I would Never recommend them! If I could give 0 stars I would!

The service was totally unexceptionable, nothing short of a scam! When placing my order there was no mention that there was a possibility that my order would not be delivered on Mother's Day. I reached out to customer service several times but received no response. To make matters worse our mother's flowers were not delivered until Tuesday!!! Buyer Beware!!

Sadly I needed to order flowers for a funeral that was scheduled the Monday after mother’s day. I ordered the flowers to be delivered early to the funeral home just to ensure they would arrive on time. I received a call yesterday (3 days after the funeral)from JUSTFLOWERS or we should rename them NOFLOWERS to inform me they were not able to deliver the bouquet we had ordered because they were just so busy for mother’s day. So had this company had the courtesy to call and notify me in advance that they were NOT delivering flowers ( we had already paid for ) we could have made other arrangements. This is the worst Compnay ever. I never write reviews but do NOT want anyone else to be victimized by this company

My son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. They did not arrive until the Tuesday after Mother's Day at 9:00 pm. He felt so bad, so did I. He thought he was ordering this great bouquet only to look like he did not plan for Mother's Day at all. Why would a company take on too many orders if they knew they could never fulfill them? Such poor customer service. He was charged $90- this bouquet looks like the $39.99 ones on the website and the roses have brown edges. Yuck! A note accompanying the delivery said "we have added extra flowers to your order to help compensate". Really????? There is no way flowers were added to this sad basket of old flowers.

Calling customer service is a waste of time. They just say "I'm sorry" but there is no compensation except to say "our website says we can reimbure $10 for a late delivery fee". $10? Seriously, so they just take all the orders they can without ever expecting to deliver them all, charge 2-3 times what the bouquet is worth, deliver it when they get around... (Read the full review)

I placed 2 orders on the Tuesday before Mothers' Day. One was actually received and on time. Not quite the picture but the receiver was happy.

The other... I received an email on the Friday with a link to pick another bouquet, that the one I picked can not be completed. So, I did. I received the link back again. I picked again. This time they replied back with a different link saying the first 2 were incorrect. I went ahead and picked a bouquet that was not what I wanted but now I was in a time constraint (delivery Monday) Finally, they said ok. Monday came and went. I called and emailed with no answer back. Tuesday, my mom sent me a picture, late in the afternoon. She had received a bouquet, and although she was grateful, I knew it did not look like it was supposed to.

In summary, I would not recommend Just Flowers to a friend.
