A dear friend's husband died Feb. 28. I ordered flowers on line at fromyouflowers.com to be delivered March 6, a day before the viewing started. We went to the viewing/service today March 8 and the flowers were not there. When I got home I called the flower company and they said it was not their problem, it was UPS's problem as they were delivering them and referred me to UPS customer service. I called UPS customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, because of inclement weather on March 6 they were not delivered and ground deliveries are only done during weekdays. So the flowers will be delivered tomorrow March 9...after all viewings/services at the funeral home are over! UPS directed me back to the flower company. I called the flower company back, got another agent who was much more helpful. She tried to get another arrangement sent to the home but her management would not agree. They finally refunded my money but that did not make up for the embarrassment of no flower at the service and it being delivered tomorrow after everything is over!! The... (Read the full review)

I ordered a sale bouquet for my Sister's birthday on this site, although there was a special for google users at 20% off, the $27.99 flower arrangement I ordered came to nearly $50. It arrived on time, however there were a total of 5 stems of flowers in a 6 inch high vase, embarrassing to have someone think this is what you ordered, even worse to pay $47.99 for it.

The Customer Service was ok, although I felt I had to negotiate to get 50% off only the flower price refunded, I was originally offered 30%, They also sent a $15 gift code for my next order, that is not going to happen!

Overall, I would not use this company again. disappointing.

They appear to be a great company for fast delivery. The mother's day gift was beautiful online. They're not as professional and organized as I would have hoped. My grandmother after 3 days finally received her gift but we are still waiting for the other gift. Bummer..... 1st and last order from them. They should check the local florist which they conduct business with before they allow deliveries under their name.

I know with the world today everyone is "instant gratification" oriented. HOWEVER ... ordering flowers online is NOT the best option to do so. We are military and rarely see each other, so when my husband orders flowers for me he wants them to be correct. We have previously had problems with FTD.com as well as 1800flowers. Giving it ONE MORE TRY my husband ordered flowers from here for my birthday yesterday. We were skyping when I got the flowers and his response was "those aren't from me, who sent you those ones?" WELL ... they WERE from him and look NOTHING like the picture, not even CLOSE!

I proceeded to contact the local florist who delivered them and she told me exactly what happened. fromyouflowers.com only send the florist a list of "some" of the flowers in the bouquet. NO pictures, NO amounts, NO description of the bouquet. My husband paid just over $60 for the bouquet and the local florist only go $39 of that $60. Just proving that buying local is WELL worth it for the money.
